Our story

It started with a black notebook and a lot of chai

In 2009, Vimal Patel rented two desks above a stationery shop on C.G. Road, Ahmedabad, and began planning holidays for friends and neighbours — writing each itinerary by hand in a black notebook, calling every hotel personally to negotiate a room.

Seventeen years on, that instinct has not changed. We still call the hotel. We still check the room before we recommend it. The notebook has become a team of thirty-four travel designers, offices in Ahmedabad and Mumbai, and a partner network across 120+ destinations — but the promise is identical: an itinerary built for a person, not a customer segment.

Vimal Patel begins planning holidays by hand for friends, neighbours and local families.

2013 First international group departure

Forty travellers fly to Dubai on our first fully managed group tour. It sells out in nine days.

2016 IATA accreditation & in-house visa desk

We bring ticketing and visa processing completely in-house so nothing is outsourced.

2019 Mumbai office opens

The team grows to twenty-two specialists and adds luxury honeymoons and corporate MICE.

2023 10,000 holidays in a single year

We cross thirty-four specialists and launch our 24×7 on-trip assistance promise.

2026 120+ destinations, 42,000 travellers

Today we design everything from a Kerala weekend to an eleven-day European grand tour.
